The Role 

As a Communication Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the hotel's brand and reputation.
  • Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the hotel's vision and values.
  • Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interviews.
  • Create and oversee content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and analyse communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Handle crisis communication and provide guidance on sensitive issues.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and the community.
