The Role
As a Guest
Relations Executive, you will:
- Provide a
warm, intuitive, and personalised welcome to all guests and members on arrival.
- Anticipate
guest needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their stay or visit.
- Handle all
guest requests, special arrangements, and VIP requirements with discretion.
- Act as a
central communication point between guests and relevant departments.
- Ensure
guest profiles are updated with accurate preferences, history, and feedback.
- Resolve any
service issues promptly, turning potential complaints into positive
experiences.

with modern charm. We offer an all-day public restaurant and a private members’
club with 31 bedrooms and suites.
About You
We are
looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.
You will
have:
- Previous
guest relations, front desk, or concierge experience in a luxury hospitality
environment.
- Exceptional
interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with high-profile guests.
- A
professional, polished presence and outstanding communication skills.
- Confidence
to manage challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent
organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility
to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key
Responsibilities- Provide a
seamless, high-touch arrival and departure experience.
- Build
lasting relationships with guests through consistent follow-up and care.
- Liaise with
concierge, F&B, housekeeping, and events teams to coordinate guest needs.
- Maintain
accurate guest history and ensure preferences are met on each visit.
- Monitor and
respond to guest feedback across all channels.
- Represent
the brand values of The Twenty Two at all times.

days at 5 years’ length of service, prorated to your contract hours.

embroidered Bathrobe), 10 years (Gold Status, a stay in our sister property
with flights with partner), 15 years (Platinum Status – watch this space).
