The Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

  • Team Management: Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Training: Train new and existing staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounges, for cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Scheduling: Organise employee shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the guest experience.

  • Preferably have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
