The Role

As a Housekeeper, you will:

  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Handle laundry, linen, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team and other departments to support seamless guest experiences.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols consistently.
  • Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to the relevant teams.

The Twenty Two is a privately owned, luxury 31-bedroom hotel with an all-day public restaurant and private members’ club, set in a historic Edwardian manor on Grosvenor Square, London. About You

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, with a genuine drive to create unforgettable guest experiences.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping within a luxury or boutique environment (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning and presentation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces.
  • Restocking and maintaining housekeeping supplies.
  • Assisting with laundry and linen management.
  • Adhering to company standards and procedures to maintain a five-star guest experience.
  • Supporting the housekeeping supervisor and team with special requests and deep-cleaning tasks.

  • Long service award schemes: 5 years (Silver Status, Meal in the Restaurant, TTT embroidered Bathrobe), 10 years (Gold Status, a stay in our sister property with flights with partner), 15 years (Platinum Status – watch this space).
