The Role

As a Junior Waiter, you will:

  • Support the floor team in delivering high-quality service.
  • Assist with table setup, clearing, and service flow.
  • Support senior team members during busy service periods.
  • Ensure guest areas are kept clean, organised, and welcoming.
  • Respond to guest requests in a polite and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food and beverage service under supervision.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of service areas and stations.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and floor teams.
