The Role
As a Waiter, you will:
- Deliver elegant, intuitive,
and high-touch service tailored to members and guests.
- Build genuine rapport with
regulars and VIPs, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations.
- Own your section confidently
and contribute to the overall rhythm of the floor.
- Maintain a strong presence
during service while remaining composed and detail-focused.
- Demonstrate excellent
product knowledge, including menu pairings and specials.
- Collaborate closely with the
kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club with 31 bedrooms and
suites.
About You

You will have:
- Previous experience in
high-end hospitality or private members’ clubs.
- A genuine passion for people
and exceptional guest service.
- Confidence, warmth, and
excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
and service standards.

- Flexibility to work evenings
and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver five-star service
and create memorable experiences.
- Take accurate food and
beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Anticipate and respond to
guest needs with warmth and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness,
organisation, and presentation of all service areas.
- Handle guest concerns or
complaints professionally and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with
the F&B team to deliver exceptional results.
