The Role

As a Runner / Junior Waiter – Members’ Areas & Club, you will:

  • Support the delivery of discreet, polished, and intuitive service across members-only areas
  • Assist with food and beverage delivery, table maintenance, and service flow during busy periods
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards in line with private club expectations
  • Work closely with waiters, supervisors, and management to anticipate member needs
  • Develop strong service foundations within a luxury, relationship-led environment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and varied service styles
Key Responsibilities

  • Support waiters and supervisors in members’ dining and lounge areas
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining discretion
  • Clear, reset, and prepare tables to the highest standard
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards always
  • Engage with members in a polite, warm, and professional manner

  • Holiday entitlement increases: 2 days at 2 years’ length of service, and a further 3 days at 5 years’ length of service, prorated to your contract hours.
  • Long service award schemes: 5 years (Silver Status, Meal in the Restaurant, TTT embroidered Bathrobe), 10 years (Gold Status, a stay in our sister property with flights with partner), 15 years (Platinum Status – watch this space)
