The Role

As a Head Waiter, you will:

  • Lead and oversee floor service during shifts.
  • Supervise and support the waiting team.
  • Ensure service standards and guest expectations are met.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for guests.
  • Support management with daily operations.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a senior waiting or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and service awareness.
  • The ability to lead calmly in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate floor operations during service.
  • Allocate sections and manage service flow.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Support training, performance, and development of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
