Are you a polished hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? The 22 Hotel, London is seeking a Head Waiter to lead service in our exclusive Membership Dining Room, ensuring refined and memorable experiences for our valued members.
The Role
As a Head Waiter in the Membership Dining Room, you will be responsible for coordinating service, mentoring the floor team, and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
- Lead and coordinate service on the floor to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of members with discretion and elegance.
- Support the training and development of junior waiters and commis staff.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, specials, and wine lists to offer informed recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of all dining areas.

- Have previous experience in a senior waiter or floor captain role, preferably within a luxury or fine-dining environment.
- Deliver service with poise, confidence, and attention to detail.
- Are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing personalised guest experiences.
- Lead by example and enjoy nurturing talent within the team.
