The Role

As a Busboy, you will support the smooth flow of service by clearing, resetting tables, and assisting servers to ensure an immaculate and welcoming environment for all guests.

• Clear plates and glassware promptly and efficiently.
• Reset tables to standard between guests.
• Assist servers with running food and replenishing service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, back service areas, and guest spaces.
• Respond to guest needs and requests with a positive, helpful attitude.

• Are available to work every Friday and Saturday.
• Are efficient, friendly, and hard-working.
• Have previous experience in a similar role (preferred, not essential).
• Can move quickly and gracefully under pressure.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, elegant environment.
