Join Our Team as a Chef de Partie – Pastry Kitchen

The Role

As a Chef de Partie in our Pastry Kitchen, you will:

  • Production & Presentation: Prepare a variety of pastry items to a consistently high standard, including plated desserts, breads, viennoiserie, and afternoon tea items.
  • Creative Contribution: Support the development of new pastry items and seasonal menu changes.
  • Standards & Consistency: Uphold all health, hygiene, and food safety standards, ensuring consistency across all sections.
  • Collaboration: Work with chefs from other sections to support operations in the restaurant, in-room dining, and members’ club.
  • Team Support: Lead by example within your section, training and supporting junior team members.
  • Stock Management: Assist with inventory, ordering, and managing mise en place efficiently.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every pastry item served reflects our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have proven experience in a pastry kitchen within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or patisserie.
  • Are detail-oriented, with excellent technical skills and artistic flair.
  • Bring passion, creativity, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to service.
  • Are reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Have a positive attitude and thrive in a high-performing team.
  • Hold the legal right to work in the UK.
