The Role 

As a Head Waiter in our restaurant, you will:

• Oversee the dining experience, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
• Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
