Are you bold, driven towards excellence, guided by intuition, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment?

At The Twenty Two, we are looking for an Event Waiter to join our front-of-house team, supporting the delivery of high-end private events while also contributing to our restaurant and club operations during day service.

The Role

As an Event Waiter, you will:

  • Be a key part of our events service team, delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for private events, functions, and special occasions
  • Support event set-ups, service flow, and breakdowns in line with brand and service standards
  • Deliver attentive, polished, and professional table service during events
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and events teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support restaurant and day-time service when required, depending on operational needs
  • Represent The Twenty Two brand with confidence, discretion, and attention to detail at all times

This is a mixed role, with events being the primary focus, complemented by restaurant duties during quieter event periods.

About Us

  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A professional, calm, and positive attitude under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service during private events and functions
  • Maintain service standards across both events and restaurant operations
  • Prepare event spaces and service areas to the required standard
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
  • Support colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest journey

What’s in It for You?

You will be part of a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive team, working in one of London’s most distinctive hospitality venues, with opportunities to grow and develop within the business.
