The Role

As a Chef de Pass, you will:

• Act as the key link between the kitchen and front of house, ensuring smooth service flow
• Maintain control of the pass during service, ensuring dishes meet quality presentation and timing standards
• Communicate clearly with chefs and service teams to manage orders and priorities
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering a consistent and high standard of service

You will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A high level of attention to detail and pride in food presentation
• A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility during service
• A commitment to food safety, hygiene and brand standards

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the pass during service, ensuring accuracy, consistency and flow
• Coordinate effectively with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Monitor dish quality, temperature presentation and timing before release
• Support the kitchen organisation during busy services and service preparation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards at all times
