Are you passionate about mixology, skilled in customer service, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team? If so, we want you to join our team at The Twenty-Two.

The Role

As a Bartender, you will:

  • Drink Preparation: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
  • Recommendations: Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Menu Planning: Help plan and present the bar menu.
  • Compliance: Check customers’ identification to confirm it meet the legal drinking age and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glasses and utensils.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a passion for mixology and the hospitality industry.
  • Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Are familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software.
  • Preferably have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
