Are you a talented individual that is looking for a senior kitchen position at a food led pub?
Little Gems Country Dining are looking for a Head Chef to join one of our five pubs.
Built in the 1900’s, The Park is just a stone’s throw from Bedford Park on the outskirts of the town. Beautifully refurbished with its fireplaces, flagstones floors and beamed ceilings, the pub is stylish, cosy and comfortable. We have a spacious restaurant, relaxed conservatory and a light and airy garden room which provide a choice for dining and relaxing. The newly built garden room leads straight out onto our urban garden (a fantastic place for dining in the summer). On our menus, the emphasis is on local suppliers, the freshest ingredients and seasonal produce. We let the food do the talking, with our daily fish specials made from top quality fish straight from the market.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that has a hunger to produce high quality food and the drive to succeed in the hospitality industry.
This role is for someone who can lead the kitchen team as well as develop/shape our business. In our kitchens, our Head Chefs concentrate on providing home cooked menus, which they write, and work with the team to produce daily changing specials. Provenance, sustainability and sourcing British food is important to us, and we keep our dishes simple and not over presented.
If you have previous experience, strong team approach, understanding of ordering and back of house compliance, committed to your career development and like to be challenged – then you might be the right person for us!
