The qualities we’re seeking are:
- Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and a natural appetite for being hospitable.
- Strong knowledge and passion for food and drinks.
- Strong people skills, the ability to bring a team along with you and look after people with empathy.
- Maintain and drive standards, contribute with ideas and methods that drive us forward.
- At least one year of hospitality management service and three years in customer service.
