Description
We have an opening for a talented Senior Chef-de-Partie - Junior Sous Chef - someone who loves food, loves produce and loves cooking and creating while inspiring those around them.

What You’ll Do
  • Work in all sections of the kitchen - pastry, larder, sauce, garnish.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations including service, prep hygiene and close down.
  • Contribute to ordering, stock control and kitchen standards.
  • Contribute to the menu's development including weekly specials.

Who You Are
  • You are a Chef-de-Partie in a quality kitchen cooking for at least 5 years including sauce.
  • You’re have a strong knowledge and understanding of all produce and cooking techniques.
  • You want to learn more, cook seasonally using high quality ingredients, visit suppliers.   
  • You’re ready to step into a more senior role and grow.

Hours & Time Off
  • 40 - 45 hours a week over 5 days.
  • 2 days off each week together or if you prefer, separate.
  • A mix of shifts including 7.30am till 3pm, 9am till 4pm, 4pm till 11pm, 9am till 11pm with a two hour break.
  • Closed on 25 & 26 December each year.
