Roles and Responsibilities
● Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
● Greet customers within two minutes of them being seated
● Be knowledgeable of beer, wine, and liquor brands
● Take drink orders and ring in orders on the correct check through the POS system
● Garnish and run drinks to tables, take food orders by position numbers at the tables, and upsell through providing recommendations
● Be mindful of customer’s food allergies, dietary restrictions, and other specific inquiries
● ID customers and safely serve alcohol as per state laws
● Complete daily side-work as directed by management
● Report directly to management and the General Manager
