Our premier dining and nightlife destination with multiple levels of entertainment, is seeking talented and seasoned professionals to lead the way in the New Jersey/NYC hospitality industry.

We are currently seeking a General Manager and Floor Management to join our team.

Qualifications for employment:
• Must have 5 years of experience in Hotel/Food & Beverage
• Previous restaurant management and/or training experience is a must
• Must have a strong leadership background, excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must have a passion for hospitality and understand what it means to deliver an amazing guest experience
• Must be able to schedule, direct, coordinate and implement policy and procedures, handle any and all guest issues.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop their team
• Ability to juggle many tasks and handle critical deadlines in a timely manner
• Ability to attend to high-end clientele
• Flexible and Open Full-Time Schedule
• Fashionable Sense of Style & Dress
• Leadership qualities exhibited through work ethic and integrity
• Experience with Aloha is a plus
