We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager to help lead our team at our vibrant and diverse pub in the heart of Clapham.
As our Assistant/Deputy Manager, you’ll bring a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences alongside a proactive, hands-on approach to team leadership. You will play a key role in supporting the General Manager, driving the continued success of The Clapham North, and ensuring our team has the skills and confidence to exceed guest expectations every time.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub
Rota scheduling and workforce planning
Stock management and P&L control
Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and operational standards
Managing bookings, private hires, and events
Training, coaching, and developing team members
Driving sales initiatives and ensuring excellent customer service
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
