Located right next to the clapham north tube station and recently refurbished our stunning two floor venue offers the chance to work in a vibrant enthusiastic hard working team, from pouring perfect pints, to enjoying live sports and looking after a vast aray of customers, the clapham north is the perfect place for you to progress in your career.
We offer a work life balance tailored around you, even as a full time staff member you would have two days off together, rotas are done two weeks prior to your shifts so you can plan your life, booking time off is simple and judgement free.

What You’re Walking Into
During the week we host:
- Neon Naked Life Drawing
- Comedy Nights
- Open Mic
- Our famously outrageous quiz
At weekends?
Live music. DJs until 3am. Old-school bangers. Packed bars. Big birthdays. Big energy.

We show sport across multiple screens and three Sky boxes — but we’re not a sports pub. We’re a proper Clapham party pub that knows how to throw a night.
The Role
As part of our supervisor team, you’ll be:
- Leading from the front, supporting the team and managing shift(s)
- Cashing up, running end of day & helping keep our financials tip-top
- Serving drinks quickly and confidently in a high-volume environment
- Creating an atmosphere — not just pouring pints
- Handling busy late-night shifts with composure
- Supporting private hires and large group bookings
- Keeping the bar sharp, stocked and spotless
- Working closely with door staff and management to keep the vibe safe and positive
- Be the first point of contact for any issues & help to resolve them in a responsible manner
We move fast. You’ll need to as well.
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory experience in a busy pub, bar or late-night venue
- Big personality and strong customer presence
- Energy, confidence and resilience
- Team players who can communicate clearly under pressure
- People who genuinely enjoy hospitality and want to be part of the atmosphere
