 What we look for in a Supervisor:

• A confident and friendly leader who leads by example on the floor
• Passionate about great food, drink and delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Experienced in a busy pub, bar or restaurant environment
• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced service
• Great at motivating and supporting team members
• Comfortable taking responsibility for opening/closing shifts and running service
• Proactive in solving problems and dealing with customer queries with confidence
• Focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
• A strong communicator who works well with both front and back of house teams
• Keen to learn, develop and progress within hospitality

• In this role, you’ll:
  • Support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the pub
  • Lead shifts and ensure service runs efficiently and professionally
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences through friendly, attentive service
  • Help drive sales through great product knowledge and up-selling
  • Take pride in the pub, its people and the experience we offer our guests
