The ideal candidate will:

- Have great people skills
- Maintain integrity of service
- Genuine and respectful of guests and employees
- Have the desire to be a leader and coach to staff
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Show strong attention to detail
- Visiting tables while on the floor to solicit feedback
- Lending a hand on the floor when needed
- Ensuring safety and sanitation compliance throughout restaurant
- Compliance with Liquor laws
