Job description
* Oversees and supervises daily operations of the restaurant
* Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, trains and evaluates staff
* Participates with operational management to originate, plan, develop and implement long and short term goals
* Delegates and oversees bartending, kitchen supervision and table service duties.
* Investigate and resolve food quality, employee and service complaints
* Inspects dining room and ensures cleanliness and organization.
* Maintains adequate inventory to ensure that adequate quantities are maintained as well as portion control
* Ensure total guest satisfaction is achieved
