Position Overview:

The Position involves contact and presents a point of contact to food and beverage for all guests. Clears guest orders and assists Captains in completion of meals in a timely manner. Assisting in guest requests, when asked, and making well informed and eloquent suggestions. Maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness. EVERYONE RUNS FOOD AND BEVERAGE!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Hearth & Hound seeks motivated and professional back servers.

Job duties include: polishing, clearing, marking, resetting & stocking. Running food & drinks. Interacting with guests & chefs.

Service is very important to us.

Full time preferred.

Basic Expectations: This position is one of very high guest contact and position profile. All established standards of excellence must be maintained at all times and every effort must be made to meet and/or exceed all guest expectations or requests.

Language Skills: Must have good working knowledge of the English language - ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Physical Requirements:
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
