Description
Job summary
Function: To provide the highest standard of service of F&B to all guests.
Purpose: To ensure the guests receive high quality standard and service provision

It is your chance to be part of something truly special.

Main Duties and responsibilities:
1 Responsible to the Head Waiter for the prompt and efficient service of food and beverage to the guest rooms and other areas as necessary.
2 To ensure standards of service are maintained and consistent and to be fully conversant with all menus.
3 To accept, prepare and replenish complimentary amenities.
4 To work according to the Head Waiter’s instructions (or the Co-ordinator in the absence of the Head Waiter).
5 To prepare appropriate mise-en-place
6 To collect food from the kitchen.
7 To assist with floor clearing.
8 To service the mini bars and spring clean as required.
9 To check and charge Private Bars when delivering breakfast
10 To clean trolleys in the Room Service area as requested.
11 To work together with the other members of staff in all departments particularly the Kitchen and Housekeeping.
12 To ensure your standard of personal hygiene is an excellent example to other members of your team
13 To attend training sessions as required
14 To participate in departmental communication meetings
15 To adhere to health and safety and emergency procedures in accordance with company policy and government regulations
16 To assist in other Food and Beverage outlets where requested to do so and Room Service business permits.
