Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mini Bar Attendant to join our Room Service team.
We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Mini Bar Attendant who has the talent to deliver a 5* service at all times, having a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail.

The responsibilities of a Mini Bar Attendant are:
• To ensure standards of service are maintained and consistent
• To re-stock all guest room Private Bars
• To be responsible for the daily running of the Private Bar in the absence of the Private Bar supervisor
• To monitor stock and par levels to prevent wastage and theft
• To maintain accurate par levels of stock and complete daily ordering and collection of items from stores so that all items are always in stock.

The ideal candidate for the Mini Bar Attendant is required the following:
• Experience in customer service
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Someone who enjoys working on their own during most of the shift
• Ability to work under pressure and still deliver a friendly service
• Fluency in English
• Polite and welcoming manners
• Eligibility to work in the UK

The Mini Bar Attendant will work with a dedicated and passionate team and will report directly to the Room Service Manager. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
