An exciting vacancy of Sales Researcher has arisen at The Lowry Hotel- Manchester’s Iconic five-star hotel.

Working within the sales and marketing department, the Sales Researcher role is a key position within the Hotel. As the Sales Administrator & Research Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales & Marketing team in achieving the hotel's commercial objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and analyse data sourced from Property Management Systems (PMS) and prospecting software. Additionally, you will provide essential support to the Commercial Team in driving revenue for Re:Treat, our new spa offering. While driving Food & Beverage (F&B) revenue remains a priority, supporting the successful launch and growth of Re:Treat is equally important. You will also assist in building strong client relationships, creating reports, and conducting research to enable data-driven decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales and/or hotel experience and be passionate about sales and organisation. You will have good computer skills and excellent telephone manner including the ability to provide five star customer service with a ‘nothing is too much trouble, attitude. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi-task are essential and previous experience of using Opera is desirable.

The hours of work are mostly weekdays, office hours however flexibility is required to attend sales calls and functions.
