Superbly located just off Villiers Street between Charing Cross and Embankment stations, we're a little gem of a real pub in the heart of central London. We offer great food, and a premium selection of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
We have a very enthusiastic team, a mix of cultures and a balance of skills. Our priority is to look after the team, with training, incentives, and competitions. We have a progression plan within the pub and Youngs. The Theodore offers staff parties, a day off on your birthday and 20% off in all Young’s pubs and hotels.

 We're on the look out for a sensational part-timer. Someone who is looking for 2 or 3 shifts a week mostly between Tuesday and Saturday. You may be asked to work the other days but it'll be less often.

The main thing we're looking for is having warmth. A lovely big welcoming smile and a pro-active nature. As we come into the busy time of the year, we're looking for someone who doesn't mind a bit of hard work. In turn we can offer you a happy, positive place to come to work every shift.
