Job Summary:
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the
kitchen and ensuring quality and food safety standards. This
role includes managing kitchen staff, inventory, and maintaining facilities and equipment cleanliness.
We are now hiring a Kitchen Manager with high volume experience.

Manager Applicants must posses:

* Leadership and organizational skills
* The ability to lead, manage and train a staff of 10-15 or more team members
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Open availability to work nights, weekends and most major holidays.
