Since opening our doors in 2008, the Drake & Morgan collection now has 17 beautiful bars and restaurants in London & Manchester.
We wanted to create a unique space where locals and visitors alike could enjoy thoughtful, inspired menus and innovative, crafted cocktails in the most welcoming environment. An escape from the everyday.

We are looking for confident and ambitious sales reservationist who will be part of the team managing incoming enquiries via telephone and email. You’ll be joining the team at a truly exciting time, as we are growing and expanding our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone to become a key member of our family.

• Amazing communication skills

• Dazzling telephone communication skills
• Perfect spoken and written English
• Friendly and professional work ethic
• IT Literacy
Previous Experience: call/contact centre or receptionist in hospitality preferred but not essential
Available to work shifts and weekends between 9am and 9pm, +/- 40 hours a week
What you need:
• Confidence
• Target driven
• Self-motivated
• Wiling to learn new skills
• Great organisation skills and can multitask
Flavour for the role:
• Quickly and effectively responding to incoming enquiries for the venues by e-mail and telephone
• Upselling relevant food, drinks and packages
• Gathering customer feedback and responding where relevant
• Ensuring a great level of customer service to generate repeat bookings
• Maximising pre-booked sales for the venues by converting a high level of enquiries
