The Red Lion is a warm and welcoming village pub with rooms nestled in the Northamptonshire countryside, just a few miles from Northampton. Serving a sumptuous seasonal menu alongside craft beers, ales and wines to be enjoyed in either our intimate lounge area, large dining room or manicured gardens . 
Your role as chef:
-	Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
-	Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
-	Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
-	Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
-	Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
-	Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
What we are looking for:
-	Minimum 6 months chef experience
-	Ability to work on your own initiative
-	Desire to learn, improve and train from those around you
-	A proud individual that always strives to deliver their best
-	Passion for fresh food
