Your role as Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the General Manager with the
day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company
standards, policies and procedures
- Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine
passion for hospitality
- Ongoing training and development of the team
- Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer
expectations
- Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in
food, hotel, service and drink quality
- Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety,
and licensing
- Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports
including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
What we are looking for:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Energy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your team
- Self-motivation with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry - essential
- Passion for the industry and the challenges that come with it
