Part Time Commis Chef wanted for Drake & Morgan’s Bar & Restaurant, The Refinery Regents Place

As a commis chef you will oversee a section of the kitchen & work within a busy branded environment.

Key responsibilities include the following
• Assist with preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Carry out section checks, checking production levels, stock levels, cleanliness and ensure that all ingredients are available


We are focused on developing our teams and this role could be the first step to becoming a professional chef with us.

Please note this a temporary Christmas Role.
