The Semi Tropic is a neighborhood spot that locals gather in to enjoy incredible beverages and food along with positive conversations in a casual atmosphere all weaved into the overall experience.

Positions Available:
Line Cook [3-4 years minimum experience in casual/upscale dining required]
- must be skilled, flexible and adept in critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- creative in culinary techniques and approach into providing the best possible dishes
- meticulous in organization, detail and efficiency
- ability to multi-task
- great with people! we have a very close-knit team and we're looking for people to continue our 'we got each other' culture
- Positive Attitude and Great Work Ethic
- must pass a pre-employment background check
- ServSafe / California Food Handlers certified
- Authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time Basis
- Works collaboratively to achieve goals
- Punctual, Reliable and Trustworthy
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to lift up to 30 lbs;
- Continually required to stand for long period of time;
- Continually required to walk, bend and stoop;
- Continually requires working taste buds, ability to smell, feel with fingers and visually inspect, including close and distance vision;
- Continually requires the ability to use arms, hands and manipulate fingers to reach, stir, measure, pour, cut, chop, dice, decorate, etc.
Shifts Available:
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- 5:00 pm - 1:00 am
