Description

Job Description:

 

·         This position will report to the Vice President of Finance and Analytics and support all business lines at Think Food Group with actionable marketing metrics.

·         Ability to create customer journey maps and marketing funnel analysis to support strategic growth.

·         Support growth with analytics on customer life cycle, campaigns and predictive models.

·         Act as a key resource to understand and measure consumer behavior and segmentation.

·         Facilitate measuring marketing KPIs in all business lines and provide actionable insights.

·         Communicate insights effectively to cross-functional leaders and Sr. leadership.

·         Be an effective cross functional partner to identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize performance.

·         Support strategic initiatives with analytical insights on customer loyalty, market dynamics by geography and customer engagement.

·         Liaison with Technology and digital team on data modeling and platforms.  

 

Position Requirements:

Strategic minded with focus on growth.

Passionate about understating customer and market behavior and transform that data into actionable insights.

Strong BI Tools, Excel and Power Point skills.

Have an entrepreneurial spirit and not be afraid of understanding details without losing sight of the big picture.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.

Be a promoter of innovation and collaboration to drive performance.

2 to 3 years of experience as an analyst preferably in marketing analysis.

Solid FP&A background with attention to detail, accuracy, overall quality of work and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and ability to effectively use Dashboards.

Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Quantitative field
