Project Analys

The Project Analyst primary responsibilities will be to track and analyze cost of new F&B construction projects and Josè Andrès Media (JAM). 

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with Accounting/Finance teams on project costs and communicate updates on timeline.
  • Participate in project meetings and assist in special audits/review
  • Prepare documentation for project draw process and work with Accounting team to process payments and to ensure proper accounting
  • Reconcile all project payments regularly to project status reports
  • Track all Josè Andrès Media (JAM) receipts and payments and prepare regular reports for internal review and presentation
  • Analyze project costs and pro-actively communicate insights on cost trends and variance to budgets

 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in project cost tracking and management and attention to detail
  • Experience with construction accounting and understanding of loan draws, retainage, lien releases and draw packages for Escrow
  • Ability to identify and track financial variances and discrepancies in relation to budgets and provide impactful analysis on cost trends
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide regular pro-active updates to management
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  •  3 plus years experience in project cost tracking
