Description
Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

We’re looking for a Senior Kickboxing Instructor to join our team and support the growth and delivery of our combat-based group exercise offering. This is a key role for an experienced coach who is passionate about kickboxing, thrives in a group environment, and is ready to take on a broader leadership role within the category.

This is an employed role based on 16 hours per week, including 9 classes per week and 7 hours of business-related duties in collaboration with the Master Trainer and Group Exercise leadership team. Additional classes can be taught (up to 15 per week) and are paid at a set rate of £42.50 per class.

What You’ll Get
  • A senior, collaborative role within one of London’s most respected fitness brands.
  • A base salary of £23,844 per year, with additional earning potential through extra classes.
  • The opportunity to shape and grow the Kickboxing category across multiple clubs.
  • Involvement in instructor development, education, and recruitment.
  • A mix of teaching, mentoring, and strategic responsibilities.
  • Complimentary club membership and access to exclusive staff benefits.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver 9 high-quality Kickboxing classes per week across Third Space clubs.
  • Support the Master Trainer with the development and delivery of signature Kickboxing concepts.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to instructors, helping to raise standards across the team.
  • Attend and contribute to auditions, education days, and upskill workshops.
  • Represent the Kickboxing category in strategy meetings with the Master Trainer and Group Exercise Manager.
  • Maintain the integrity of our signature formats; ensuring consistency, safety, and brand alignment.
  • Support studio operations, including layout, equipment, lighting, and sound.
  • Assist with cover coordination and promote use of the Third Space Instructor App.
  • Engage with members and staff in-club, helping to build a strong community around the Kickboxing offering.
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 2 fitness qualification (minimum) and relevant CPD in Kickboxing or combat-based training.
  • Substantial Kickboxing competition experience and a strong coaching background.
  • Proven experience teaching Kickboxing in a group exercise setting, ideally in a premium environment.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other coaches or instructors.
  • A collaborative, professional approach and strong communication skills.
  • High standards in both class delivery and operational execution.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple clubs and adapt to changing schedules.
If you’re an experienced Kickboxing instructor who’s ready to lead, mentor, and help shape the future of combat fitness at Third Space, we’d love to hear from you.
