At Third Space, Sound Baths are a transformative journey into deep relaxation and meditation. A unique soundscape of gongs, crystal bowls, and percussion instruments creates an environment that slows the mind, lowers heart rate, and allows members to absorb the vibrations for a truly grounding experience. Whether leading members into a meditative state or enhancing recovery through sound therapy, you’ll create moments of stillness, restoration, and renewal.
