Swim Manager

Third Space hosts five of London’s luxury health clubs across inspiring central London locations. In Summer 2019, we are due to open our new club in Islington and we're currently on the hunt for an exceptional Swim Manager to lead our entire swim programme in-club. The Swim Manager is responsible for all services in relation to the swimming programme for Third Space Islington including the swim programme for junior and adult members ensuring all KPI’s are met and outstanding customer service experience are provided to our member.

We're looking for someone with extensive experience of working in Swimming and Aquatics with a specific focus on the development successful swim coaching programmes for children, as well as experience of managing a team, managing challenging issues, resource allocation and managing shift rotas and budget management. Ideally, you will have worked in a health club environment. It's also important to note that the role may entail travel to industry related events, as well as working weekends.

You'll be a strong leader and passionate about managing and mentoring your team of sports and activity coaches, and you'll have exceptional service standards and customer focus, be highly organised and a confident and clear communicator.
