With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, alongside the development of compelling and innovative products, this is the time to come on board as Group Head of Membership at a company that genuinely strives to be the Best in Class.

Based at our brand new Head Office in Golden Square in Soho, you’ll be responsible for the overall integrity and management of the group membership system including membership, personal training and all family related subsections.

You’ll oversee and maintain all membership and subscription related processes and reporting for the business, continuously analysing our processes to improve them and build the function for a rapidly growing business. You’ll report regularly to the executive team to provide insights and direction of Third Space membership with a view to commercial planning and retention management strategies. In addition, you’ll work closely with the club General Managers on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure our in-club Membership Managers apply uniformity on system, process and reporting. You’ll also be responsible for recruiting, training and developing of all membership managers with their GMS.

We’re ideally looking for someone with extensive experience working in a senior role within a multi-site, membership/subscription based business. You’ll be a born leader and able to take initiative and drive positive change across the Membership team and wider business. You’ll be analytical and solve problems, with a customer service mindset in everything that you do.
