The Role

We’re looking for confident, reliable Front of House team members who can handle both the bar and floor with ease.

This isn’t a stand-around role—you’ll be right in the middle of service, delivering great experiences while keeping standards high across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering friendly, professional service to every guest
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving drinks, including draught, wines, and cocktails (training provided)
• Running food and ensuring tables are looked after throughout service
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the pub
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods
• Creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all customers

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Confident communication and good people skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key dates
• Previous hospitality experience is ideal, but not essential
• A team player who takes pride in the detail
