Sous Chef

Combining two evolving street food kitchens, four vibrant bars, two 9-hole indoor golf courses, a shuffleboard basement, private screening and event spaces, and a stunning roof terrace overlooking Jesus Green, The Tivoli is one of Cambridge’s most exciting hospitality destinations.

At the heart of the venue are our two flexible pop-up kitchen spaces, built around fresh, seasonal food concepts that evolve throughout the year. These kitchens are designed to constantly adapt, giving chefs the opportunity to develop and rotate menus, explore different cuisines, and bring new ideas to life in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Whether it’s elevated street food, modern comfort dishes, global flavours or seasonal specials, we want chefs who are passionate about creativity, fresh ingredients and delivering exciting food experiences that keep guests coming back.

This is a unique opportunity for chefs looking to broaden their experience across multiple concepts while working within a busy, energetic venue that thrives on atmosphere and innovation.
