Duties include:
- Receives and welcomes all guests or contractors and directs them appropriately.
- Answers, screens and directs telephone calls and enquiries
- Manages the visitor logbook, issuing visitor name badges and following security procedures and protocols.
- Manage the meeting room booking system
You’ll have experience working in an office or customer services environment, and have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written. Your polite, friendly and positive attitude combined with essential office IT skills make you a great fit for our team.
