What You’ll Do

As a Restroom Attendant at STK Steakhouse, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest-facing restroom areas are kept clean, sanitary, and fully always stocked. You will provide exceptional service through both attention to detail and direct guest interaction, contributing to the elevated experience our guests expect from STK.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized restroom space throughout the shift
• Sanitize sinks, toilets, counters, mirrors, and floors regularly to meet hygiene standards
• Replenish all restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other amenities
• Monitor and respond promptly to restroom cleanliness needs and guest feedback
• Greet and interact with guests in a courteous and respectful manner
• Assist guests with restroom-related needs such as providing towels, mints, or fragrance sprays
• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing problems, lighting outages) to management immediately
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Work closely with the FOH and management teams to ensure restroom areas reflect STK’s premium brand standards
• Support venue cleanliness and help create a welcoming, high-end atmosphere for all guests

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, janitorial, or guest services role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work in a high-volume, upscale environment with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, guest-first demeanor
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
