Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a particular section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes

  • Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, fish, vegetables, pastry)

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

  • Assist in inventory management and stock control

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

 Serving an American Brasserie food menu alongside wines and cocktails, the Tokenhouse attracts a mainly City Professional following. Busy right throughout the day, from breakfast until late, this is a high-paced environment offering full table service to customers.
