Part-Time Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis.

Working days: Monday–Friday
Occasional weekends: Required when needed
Hours: Part-time, with flexibility depending on the rota

The Role

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard

  • Run your section efficiently during service

  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

  • Help with preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role

  • Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking

  • Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure

  • Positive attitude and good teamwork skills

  • Food hygiene knowledge/certification is an advantage
