Trading Post Coffee Roasters is an artisan coffee roasting and hospitality business that is the soul of the Brighton coffee scene.

Since opening in 2017, Trading Post has expanded to serve freshly roasted coffee, food, and cocktails across Brighton and Sussex.

We are looking for a passionate Chef who thrives under pressure and is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and growing group.

Our Trading Post Coffee Houses offer all-day dining with a focus on fresh, seasonal and organic produce.

As a Chef you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food that is in line with our standards. You will be confident working in multiple sections and driven to achieve the best service results and food quality through effectively communicating and working with the rest of the team

• Ensure food products and standards are carried out within the required service timings
• Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Be customer focused at all times, approachable and quick to exceed customer expectations
• Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
• Be the face of positivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self at all times
