Trump International Scotland are offering an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager to be part of our dynamic, expanding team, based onsite in Aberdeenshire.

This vital role assists the sales, reservations and finance teams with maximising revenues across golf, dining, hotel and events. Requires excellent written communication and interpersonal skill set.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Reports to: Head of Resort Sales and Accommodation

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

♦       Understand resort revenue streams, across all market segments including accommodation and golf

♦       Work closely with sales, reservations and finance team to grow and develop performance

♦       Excellent understanding of competitor set and collection of MI

♦       Attend commercial meetings weekly, generating accurate data management to present

♦       Monitor and control dynamic based pricing across resort all systems

♦       Make recommendations and seek new opportunities to drive top line sales

♦       Effective management of channel manager, CRM and GDS channels

♦       Rate building and mapping for accommodation, dining, events and golf

♦       Champion resort PMS system to ensure all bookings and payments are applied correctly. Ensuring best practice and processes are followed

♦       Use restrictions methods in high demand periods to maximise sales in golf and accommodation

♦       Support reservations team when required

♦       Carry out internal and external audits including OTA platforms, ensuring descriptions and rates are loaded correctly

♦       Any other duties requirement by management to ensure the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences 

Qualifying Criteria:

 ♦       Hotel experience in a similar role required, minimum 3 years experience

♦        Excellent oral and written communication skills

♦       Strong analytical, systems and organisational skills

♦        Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast-paced environment
